Last year being our first year was a tremendous experience for us. It was a test of sorts to see if we could actually sell our avocados online.It was fantastic when we started getting great responses from you guys and actually toying with the idea that this site might actually work!? Needless to say its been fun sharing a small part of our ranch with you. We hope the new year brings everyone health and happiness.
To Start the season off we are going to be shipping Bacon, Pinkerton & Fuerte avocados. Our Avo of the month people are going to get a mixture of all three.
Hass should be following very closely. Some may even be ready I have to check with our orchard manager but they should be extremely close.

Found some great information about avocados for baby along with some great recipes. I know my kids gobble them down as fast as I can peel them. They are even now taking lemon juice and pepper in moderation. :)

I will have her post up the recipe so I make sure to get it right but I wanted to upload some pictures to show you the quality of our home grown fruit. Notice the bright almost florescent colors. You wont get that quality from your local Vons or Whole Foods ;)
